These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ehe555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses the ehe555 online gaming platform available at ehe555.app and its associated subdomains. By creating an account or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision of this Agreement, including any future amendments published on this page.

Age Restriction — 21 and Over
Access to ehe555 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Creating an account on behalf of a minor or permitting a minor to use your account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held.
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ehe555. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether created under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. All bonus entitlements across detected duplicate accounts will be voided, and the accounts will be closed.
Account Verification (KYC)
ehe555 may request identity and age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — on registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Accounts that cannot complete KYC verification will have withdrawal access suspended until documents are provided.
Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ehe555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing withdrawal funds where fraud prevention checks are triggered.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ehe555 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to claim a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its stated conditions — including using multiple accounts, reverse withdrawal exploitation, or third-party funded deposits — will result in the bonus and any derived winnings being voided.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, arbitrage betting across operator accounts, use of automated software (bots), match-fixing, money laundering, or any activity that artificially distorts game outcomes or exploits platform vulnerabilities. ehe555 employs automated and manual fraud detection. Accounts confirmed to be engaged in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
1Eligibility and Account Registration

(b) You are registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;

(d) You understand that online gaming involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit;
(e) The funds you deposit originate from a lawful source and are free from criminal or fraudulent origin.

Providing false information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ehe555 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any support channel. You must notify ehe555 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. ehe555 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
2Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing
💰 2.1 — Deposits
All deposits made to your ehe555 account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. ehe555 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from an unverified or third-party source and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation.
Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, although large single transactions may trigger enhanced due-diligence checks under our fraud prevention procedures. Deposits are credited to your ehe555 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
🏧 2.2 — Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. ehe555 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, payment provider outages, or where additional KYC documentation is required.
ehe555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) the KYC verification process for the account has not been completed; (b) a fraud or compliance review has been initiated on the account; (c) the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements; or (d) the withdrawal request conflicts with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
🔄 2.3 — Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on ehe555 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ehe555 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If a payment provider applies currency conversion at source, the resulting BDT amount credited to your account is the definitive figure and no adjustment will be made for exchange rate movements.
⚠️ 2.4 — Failed or Reversed Transactions
If a deposit fails to credit your account within 30 minutes of initiation, contact [email protected] with the payment reference number and transaction timestamp. ehe555 will investigate and resolve confirmed crediting failures within 24 hours. ehe555 accepts no liability for funds lost as a result of user error in entering payment details, or for delays attributable to the payment provider's own systems.
3Bonuses, Promotions and Free Credits
ehe555 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prize pools to eligible registered players. The following conditions apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
3.1 — Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement stated at the time of the offer (for example, "30x the bonus amount"). Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be completed within the validity window specified for each offer. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity window.
3.2 — Eligible Games
Not all games on the ehe555 platform contribute equally toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of the stake per spin. Live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
3.3 — Bonus Abuse
ehe555 employs automated systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements while preserving capital; coordinated multi-account bonus stacking; and the use of bonus offers by users identified as professional arbitrage operators. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ehe555 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and close the associated account.
3.4 — Promotions Linked to Bangladesh Events
ehe555 may run special promotions tied to Bangladesh calendar events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, or Victory Day. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms unless explicitly stated otherwise. ehe555 may withdraw or amend a seasonal promotion at any time by publishing a notice on the platform.
4Game Rules and Fair Play
🎰 4.1 — Random Number Generation
All slot and crash game outcomes on ehe555 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game studios. ehe555 does not have the technical ability to influence individual game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome for any individual session or wager.

Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning equipment in a controlled studio environment. Sports betting markets on ehe555 are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In general: (a) bets accepted before the scheduled start of an event are honoured even if the event is delayed by up to 12 hours; (b) events abandoned or cancelled before completion are settled as void unless a specific market rule states otherwise; (c) in the event of a palpable pricing error, ehe555 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account balance.

Crash game outcomes, including Aviator by Spribe, are determined by a provably fair algorithm that can be independently verified by the player using the hash values displayed after each round. ehe555 does not manipulate crash multipliers. Cash-out requests made by the player are processed in real time by the game server; ehe555 accepts no liability where a cash-out fails to execute due to the player's device or internet latency.
🔧 4.5 — Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or data corruption that affects the integrity of a game round, ehe555 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle for any game round in which a certified technical fault has occurred. ehe555 will not compensate players for hypothetical winnings from a voided round.
5Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ehe555 platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another individual, or registering under a name not your own.
- Money Laundering: Using ehe555 as a vehicle to convert, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to relevant financial intelligence units as required by applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account per individual, household, or shared device for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any software that automates game actions or places bets without real-time human control. All accounts are monitored for inhuman play patterns.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
- Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of a sporting event's outcome, or participating in any arrangement intended to fix the result of a match or event on which ehe555 offers a betting market.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment reversal through a payment provider after funds have been credited and wagered on ehe555. Accounts where fraudulent chargebacks are confirmed will have the equivalent amount deducted from the balance and will be permanently closed.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a pricing error, system bug, or misconfigured game setting to generate artificial winnings. ehe555 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such conditions.
6Account Suspension, Closure and Fund Return
6.1 — Suspension by ehe555
ehe555 may suspend your account with immediate effect and without prior notice where: (a) a fraud or compliance investigation is initiated; (b) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (c) your account is subject to a court order or regulatory instruction; or (d) ehe555 reasonably suspects that your account is being used for prohibited purposes. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw.
6.2 — Closure by ehe555
Following investigation, ehe555 may permanently close an account. Where closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including deposited funds — may be forfeited in full if the breach involved fraud, money laundering, or multi-account bonus abuse. Where closure is due to unresolved KYC failure (no fraud suspected), the confirmed deposit principal will be returned after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations.
6.3 — Voluntary Account Closure
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ehe555 will process any verified pending withdrawal of your remaining balance and close the account within five business days. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of any funds already wagered and lost in the ordinary course of play.
6.4 — Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days, maximum permanent) via the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, and ehe555 will take reasonable steps to suppress promotional communications to you. 7Intellectual Property
All content on the ehe555 platform — including but not limited to the ehe555 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics supplied under licence from our studio partners, text, promotional materials, and software — is the property of ehe555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the ehe555 platform without prior written authorisation from ehe555.
8Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 — Platform Availability
ehe555 aims to maintain 24/7 platform availability but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access. ehe555 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime beyond the return of the stake for any game round interrupted by a confirmed server-side fault.
8.2 — Third-Party Content
Games on the ehe555 platform are supplied by third-party studios under licence. ehe555 does not warrant the uninterrupted availability of any specific game title and is not liable for defects in third-party game software beyond the voiding of affected rounds and return of stakes as described in clause 4.5.
8.3 — Aggregate Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ehe555's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ehe555 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by ehe555 is governed by the ehe555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. Key principles include: data is collected only for purposes necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations; data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes; and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].
10Amendments to These Terms
ehe555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via a notice displayed upon next login, with a minimum of seven days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.
The version of these Terms published on this page at any given time is the version currently in force. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ehe555 is incorporated. In the event of a dispute between you and ehe555 regarding your account, game outcomes, or any payment matter, you should first contact the ehe555 support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through the internal complaints process.
ehe555 will acknowledge a formal complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive resolution within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, ehe555 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. ehe555's decision following completion of the ADR process shall be final and binding.
